List of National Services Responsible for Border Control
Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Article 39(1)(d) of Regulation 2016/399 requires the participating Member States to notify the Commission of the list of national services responsible for border control. Article 39(2) requires the Commission to make the information notified available to the public by publication in the Official Journal (C Series) and by any other appropriate means.
I would be most grateful to receive the list of authorities notified under Article 39(1)(d).
