to documents under the above reference.
We would be grateful if you could please acknowledge that you have indeed
received our electronic letter by simply replying to this e-mail.
Best regards,

Dear Secretariat General Access to Document Team,
Thank you very much for your quick answer. Since you were unable to
answer to our request, we would like to explain it again:
We are interested in information on meetings with organisations and
self-employed individuals of the members of the RSB. To give you an example, we would like to refer to the information provided by Ms Gaffey, Chair of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board (RSB) :
http://ec.europa.eu/transparencyinitiati...
Our question is;: Were there any other meetings? Did other members of the RSB also
have such meetings?
We also want to expand our request to include participation in conferences and events. Offline and online.
Below, just for clarification you find the adapted complete request:
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting:
- All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written)
notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions,
lines to take, e-mails, and presentations - related to the meetings of
the members of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board (RSB), i.e. Veronica
Gaffey, Mona Björklund, Dorota Denning, Michael Gremminger, Andreas
Kopp, Bernard Naudts, have held with organisations and self-employed
individuals on the Digital Markets Act (including previous iterations of
the proposals such as New Competition Tool and Markets Investigation
Tool), as well as participation in conferences and events (Offline and
online) since 01 January 2020 until 31 December 2020;
- All correspondence (i.e. any emails, correspondence, telephone call
notes, and/or text messages including WhatsApp exchanges) between
members of the Regulatory Scrutiny Board (RSB), i.e. Veronica Gaffey,
Mona Björklund, Dorota Denning, Michael Gremminger, Andreas Kopp,
Bernard Naudits, and organisations and self-employed individuals on the
Digital Markets Act (including previous iterations of the proposals such
as New Competition Tool and Markets Investigation Tool) since 01 January
2020 until 31 December 2020.
