Dear Madam, Sir,

I refer to my access to documents request registered on 24 January 2020 under
reference number GestDem 2020/0480.

The RTD Access Documents has extended the time limit to handle my request twice. The second deadline has expired on 6 March 2020. On 16 March 2020 you informed me of another delay, but Regulation 1049/2001 gives no legal ground for any such second extension. Please respond promptly.

Sincerely,
Peter Teffer
