References to MEP Markus Ferber and his connection with an NGO called PeoplesFinancials and a Swiss company called Cfinancials, run by CEO Michael Heijmeijer between September 20, 2017 and Septemer 19, 2018.

- All minutes, agendas, summary, correspondence, memos and any other reports drafted and received by Parliament between September 20, 2017 and Septemer 19, 2018 related to the topic above.

Your confirmatory request (see attached) concerns Parliament's initial decision to refuse access to documents (3) and (9). Therefore, documents (3) and (9) were the only documents considered by Parliament in its response. The initial decision to refuse public access to those two letters was confirmed accordingly.
