The European Council directs me to you. Kindly confirm you wish to deal with this request: outside national competence and recognizing it falls outside your remit, are you able to identify a policy which enables the EC to offer guidance in matters of medical negligence?
Yours faithfully,

Dear ve_sante.accdoc(SANTE),
Thanks for your message. This is a follow up query:
I've checked the two documents supplied. Thank you again. I's understood there exixts no specific EU policy or initiative on medical negligence. There is scope however for interpretation, from existing ec legislation. Which office is competent to receive a query? Note I hold dual nationality

Dear Health and Food Safety,
Thank you for your email.
Respectfully, I don't care to submit complaint rather, I seek but to query the competent office. It may be an interpretation already exists; no doubt a precedent.
Yours faithfully,
