Dear Article 29 Working Party,

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Meeting Agenda and Minutes'.

The Article 29 Working Party is in violation of Regulation 1049/2001 for request GestDem No 2017/2440 for failing to respond by its own deadline. The last communication which I received set a new deadline of June 9, 2017, which was over a month ago.
