Meeting between CEPI and DG Clima

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Climate Action should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meeting listed below:

1. Between the Confederation of European Paper Industries (Cepi) and Helena Braun (Cabinet member of Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans) on 11/06/2021 to discuss the European Green Deal and the preparation of the EU Forest Strategy.

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Alex Cranston
