In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application

The time limit will expire on 03/03/2022. In case this time limit needs to
be extended, you will be informed in due course.

You have lodged your application via a private third-party website, which

Dear DG Energy,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regard to my access to documents request 'Meeting between Commissioner Simson and the US Chamber of Commerce'.

I have waited almost a year for a response to this request, which I submitted on January 9th 2022. On March 3rd 2022, I was told that I would receive a response by March 24th. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not been able to acquire a status update on my request since March.

I ask you to review why it has taken so long for this request to be processed, and to ensure that I am provided with a response urgently.

Yours faithfully,
Rebecca Vaughan
