Dear Justice and Consumers,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Meeting between Daniel Braun and the European Jewish Congress'.

In the document you sent me (prepared to grant access to the Berlaymont building), you even erased the names of the participants, justifying the desicion on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. However, lobbyists have an obligation to be registered in the transparency register (each lobby organization has accredited people). For this reason, and without asking for personal data, I ask again for the names of the participants in the meeting.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/meet...

Yours faithfully,

Josefina Martí
