Dear Ms Verheecke,

We refer to your e-mails dated 26/04/2018 in which you make 2 requests for
access to documents, registered on 27/04/2018 under Ref GestDem No
2018/2360 and GestDem No 2018/2361.

Your applications are currently being handled. However, due to the heavy
workload on a large number of requests, we will not be in a position to
complete the handling of your applications within the time limit of 15
working days, which expires today on 25/05/2018.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in

public access to documents. The new time limit on both GestDem No
2018/2360 and 2018/2361 expires on 15/06/2018.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
