Meeting between SG and CEMBUREAU

The request was partially successful.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:

1. Between CEMBUREAU and Joan Canton, Cabinet member of Thierry Breton on the 28th September 2021

2. Between CEMBUREAU and Cabinet members of Thierry Breton on the 24th March 2021

3. Between CEMBUREAU and Cabinet members of Thierry Breton on the 20th April 2020

4. Between CEMBUREAU and Alienor Margerit, Cabinet member of Paolo Gentiloni on the 8th December 2020.

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Venetia Roxburgh

The time limit for both requests will expire on 6 January 2022. In case
this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

You have lodged your application via a private third-party website, which
