Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents, correspondence, and minutes, notes, related to the meeting concerning the Romanian legislation on Children's Rights and Adoption, 20 May 2005, with the Chairman of the Independent Panel of Experts on Family Law of EU Member States.

In particular, but not limited to, the Note for the File of 3 June 2005 - from DG NEAR.

reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time

An extended time limit is needed as in order to retrieve the document
requested, large files have to be examined.

 

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
