Dear Secretariat General,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Secretariat General's handling of my FOI request 'Meeting Mimica -Lumos' (GestDem 2015/45).

The reply I got was that the scheduled meeting was cancelled and thus no documents can be provided.

I am of the opinion that there must be documents/correspondence related to the setting up of the scheduled meeting, and also its cancellation.

I kindly request transparency on this meeting request and the reason for cancellation.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/meeti...

Yours faithfully,

Arun Dohle
