Meeting notes related to Azerbaijan

Dear European External Action Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- From the Green Diplomacy Network, a list of the members and all the preparatory documents, meeting notes, presentations, conclusions documents and follow-up correspondence for any meeting related to the upcoming Baku COP29.
- Also, any correspondence or notes exchanged between the Green Diplomacy Network members and DG Ener officials in which the Baku COP29 is discussed.
- For the Energy Diplomacy Group, a list of the members and any correspondence, preparatory document, presentation, notes, States' positions documents or drafts produced since February 1st, 2022, concerning an Energy partnership with Azerbaijan.
