Meeting with Alber & Geiger and DG JUST on Czech gambling regulation in 2015
Dear Justice and Consumers,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The EU Transparency Register lists a meeting between the EU government relations law firm Alber & Geiger and Daniel Braun on 06 October 2015 regarding Changes to the Czech legal framework for gambling. (Here is a link to the meeting: https://www.lobbyfacts.eu/datacard/alber...)
Please provide me with:
1. all minutes and other reports of these meetings and/or calls;
2. all documents prepared for the purpose of the meetings issued both in preparation and after the meetings took place.
3. all correspondence, including attachments (i.e. any emails, mail correspondence or telephone call notes) between the Directorate-General for Justice, Consumers and Gender Equality, including any Cabinet Members and/or officials, and Alber & Geiger discussing “Changes to the Czech legal framework for gambling” or Gambling Laws in general.
