Dear Ms Douo,

Please find attached the reply to your access to document request.

According to the standard operational procedure, the reply is usually also
sent to you by registered mail. Please note, however, that due to the
extraordinary health and security measures currently in force during the
COVID-19 epidemics, which include the requirement for all Commission
non-critical staff to telework, we are unfortunately not in a position to
follow this procedure until further notice.

We would therefore appreciate if you could confirm receipt of the present
e-mail by replying to [1][DG GROW request email].

Kind regards,

Dear GROW,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Meetings' between Commissioner Thierry Breton, Engie, and Cofindustria.

In conformity with Article 7(4) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents (hereafter “the Regulation”), I hereby submits a confirmatory application regarding the Commission's refusal to provide the information I requested, registered on 13 April 2021 under reference number GESTDEM 2021/2261).

After an extension by the Commission of their deadline to respond by 15 working days, DG GROW access to document’s team argued that the health and security measures implied that they were « not in a position to follow this procedure ». Art. 7(4) of the Regulation therefore entitles us to make a confirmatory application.
We accordingly urge you to disclose the requested information in the shortest time possible.
A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/meet...
