Dear Ms Canonne,

Could you please clarify your request under point 3). We would be looking for confirmation that you mean energy issues in relation with TTIP and CETA, and not energy issues in general terms.

Also, as your request covers potentially a large number of documents, we would appreciate any other narrowing of scope or indication of priorities in terms of receiving the documents under the below mentioned points 1,2 and 3.

Thank you for your cooperation on this.

Best regards,
DG Trade

Amélie Canonne

Dear Trade,

thank you for your answer.

Under the point 3 of my request : it regards only energy issues related to trade negotiations and agreements.
Please note also that am asking correspondance and emails between the DG trade officials and representatives of companies, business associations, lobbies and law firms, and not ANY correspondance on the issue.

My request on this point 3 regards more particularly the following trade agreements or negotiations :
- EU-Colombia/Peru
- EU-Ecuador
- EU-Myanmar
- EU-Tunisia and EU-Egypt
- EU-Canada = the CETA
- EU-USA = the TTIP
- the EGA

Does it clarify a bit ?
Thank you very much for your attention.

Yours faithfully,

Amélie Canonne

Dear Ms Canonne,

Thank you for this precision. Our deadline for a reply is now 4 June 2015.

Best regard,

With reference to you above mentioned request, we would like to let you know that your application is currently being handled. However, we were not in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear Marie-France,

i would like to thank you very much for this effort, this is very useful.

I've got a final request though, simpler : i would like to get the list of the meetings held between DG Trade and civil society groups and NGOs on the same topic (energy aspects of trade agreements) and for the same period of time (2014-2015).

My purpose is to compare the number of those with the number of meetings held with industrial groups and lobbies.

Thank you very much in advance
