Meetings and Correspondence of DG MOVE and International Air Transport Association (IATA)

Dear Mobility and Transport,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents that contain the following information:

1) All correspondence, including emails, sent and received since 01/01/2019, between the DG MOVE Commissioner, their cabinet, their officials, and any other representatives of DG MOVE, and representatives from International Air Transport Association (IATA).

2) List of meetings, including the meeting’s minutes, since 01/01/2019, between officials and representatives of DG MOVE and representatives from International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

We refer to your requests for access to documents dated respectively 15
January 2021 and 15 February 2021, and to our letter of 22 February 2021
(attached to this email) requesting clarifications.

If we do not receive a response by Tuesday April 13, we will close your
requests.

Nevertheless, you can always submit new requests with the clarifications
