Dear Climate Action,

I would like to request information on the status of my confirmatory application filed on the 31st of July. The time limit for this application expired on 23 August 2017 although I am yet to receive any response.

According to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 article 8(2) it is only in exceptional cases that the time limit can be extended, for example in the case of a very large number of documents. Can you confirm that this is indeed the case?

Yours faithfully,
Ben Youriev
