Referring to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation', I would herewith like to ask for access to the following:

1. all correspondence (including email) between the European Parliament, in particular the Secretary General and their cabinet, and the Bureau, and representatives from the European Energy Forum.

2. list of meetings between the European Parliament, in particular the Secretary General and their cabinet, and the Bureau, and representatives from the European Energy Forum.

3. Minutes of the above mentioned meetings.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.

I reserve the right to appeal.

-          Invitation to the President of the European Parliament dated 7
November 2005; and

-          Response of the President of the European Parliament dated 14
December 2005.

 

Parliament has not identified any other documents as falling within the
