Dear Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of Director-General John Berrigan with organisations:

1. Meeting with Legal & General Group Plc (L&G) on 13/09/2021 regarding "Taxonomy, Disclosures, COP 26"

2. Meeting with BNP PARIBAS (BNPP) on 10/09/2021 regarding "Basel III"

3. Meeting with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) on 08/09/2021 regarding "Basel III"

4. Meeting with European Association of Co-operative Banks (EACB) on 03/09/2021 regarding "Basel III."

5. Meeting with Citigroup Inc. (Citi) on 31/08/2021 regarding "Sustainable finance, capital markets reform and location policy and CCPs."

6. Meeting with Insurance Europe (Insurance Europe) on 28/05/2021 regarding "Solvency II, green recovery".

Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. I would prefer that the Commission’s search and deliberations concerning particular documents not delay the production of documents the Commissions has already retrieved and decided to produce.

I am still waiting for a response to this request, which was sent in October 2021. This is now long overdue and by law, under all circumstances, it should have been responded by now. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
