Meetings between SG and Eurofer

The request was partially successful.

Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:

1. Between Eurofer and Jorge Pinto Antunes, Cabinet member of Janusz Wojciechowski
Maciej Golubiewski, Cabinet member of Janusz Wojciechowsk on the 19th October 2021

2. Between Eurofer and Antoine Colombani, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans on the 7th June 2021

3. Between Eurofer and Gints Freimanis, Cabinet member of Valdis Dombrovskis on the 3rd May 2021

I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,

Venetia Roxburgh

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail of 5 January 2022. We hereby acknowledge receipt
of your application for access to documents, which was registered on

You have lodged your application via a private third-party website, which
has no link with any institution of the European Union.

Therefore, the European Commission cannot be held accountable for any
