Dear Ms Deront,

Your application for access to documents, registered under the above
mentioned reference number, is currently being handled. However, we will
not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within
the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

An extended time limit is needed because your application concerns a very
large number of documents that have to be assessed.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 17/10/2014.
We will inform you towards the new deadline whether we need to extend this
deadline again, in agreement with you, in order to finalise our assessment
of this very voluminous request.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully

Dear Ms Deront,

We are writing to you about your request for access to documents
registered under reference GESTDEM 2014/3938.

Within the DG Environment we have not identified any documents falling
under the scope your request as all relevant competence passed to DG
Energy.

Currently, we are in contact with the Commissioner Potočnik and his
Cabinet whether they dispose of relevant documents. Unfortunately, we will
not be able to finalise the consultation by the end of the day and we need
to extend the deadline for providing a final reply to you with 15 working
days (17 October 2014).

We apologise for the inconvenience!

Regards,

Rositsa Pencheva

Dear Ms Deront,

We refer to your request for access to documents GESTDEM/2014/3937 for
which the final deadline to reply, according to Regulation 1049/2001,
expires today.

Unfortunately, we are not able to send you the requested documents yet,
because of the complexity of the request, the number of companies
involved, the long list of topics and not at least the thorough analysis
that has to be carried out for a large amount of documents.

Therefore we ask you whether you can agree with an extra extension of the
deadline until mid-November.

We sincerely apologise for this supplementary delay and for any
inconvenience this may cause.

Yours faithfully

Dear Energy (ENER),

I agree with a last extension until mid November but I am kindly asking you once again to produce the documents on a rolling basis, so that on-going researches do not delay the production of others that the Commission has already retrieved and elected to produce.

Yours faithfully,

Deront

Dear Ms Deront,

The cabinet of Commissioner Potočnik has identified a document that falls

and in compliance with Article 4, paragraph 4 of Regulation 1049/2001, we
are currently consulting the author in view of its disclosure. Therefore,
we will need additional 10 working days and will come back to you by 11
November.

We apologise for the inconvenience!
