Meetings of DG GROW staff or Commissioner Bienkowska and her cabinet with short term rental organisations

We're waiting for Erik Wesselius to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) a list of meetings that Commissioner Elżbieta Bieńkowska, members of her cabinet or representatives of DG GROW had between 1 June 2017 and today with the European Holiday Home Association, HomeAway, WIMDU or Interhome, insofar as these meetings concerned future regulation in the EU of short-term rental, including guidelines developed by the Commission or under development.

2) minutes and any other reports of these meetings;

3) all correspondence, including emails, (from 1 June 2017 till today) between the parties and on the topic stated above).

In case my description is not sufficiently precise, I hereby would like to ask you to assist me in further clarifying the application according to regulation 1049/01 article 6.2.

Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. I reserve the right to appeal.

Please confirm having received this application. I look forward to your reply within 15 working days, according to the regulation.

An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns documents

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
