Energy did not have the information requested.

Access Info Europe

Dear Energy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

A list of meetings of DG Energy officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner Oettinger and his Cabinet) in which biofuels and Indirect Land-Use Change (in particular the preparation of the European Commission's October 2012 proposal on the issue) were discussed with external stakeholders including:
- Representatives of individual companies
- Lobby consultancies and law firms
- Industry associations
- Civil Society Organisations

The timeframe for my request is between 1 January 2012 and 18 October 2012.

I would prefer you to produce these lists on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready.

Please do not hesitate to get back to me for any additional question or specification which might help you deal with my request.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Energy,

Your email on 17 September 2015 appears to have answered our request for minutes of meetings (disappointingly you say you do not hold any documents). Is this the case, or was this message send in error?

I do not understand why you are now asking for the postal address if the request has been answered (which you already have from previous requests).

Yours faithfully,

Access Info Europe

Dear Energy,

Apologies, I reread your message and realise you are asking for my name and surname, not postal address.

The question still remains, I do not seem to understand the need now to take my name and surname despite the fact you have already answered my request (on 17 September you sent a reply). Previously (13 August) you registered and processed my request without me providing you this information.

Yours faithfully,

Access Info Europe
