Meetings on the Critical Raw Materials Act

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All documents -including but not limited to e-mails, reports, minutes, etc. - related to meetings between representatives of the EDA and external stakeholders on the Critical Raw Materials Act since January 2021.
- All correspondence (including emails) between representatives of the EDA and external stakeholders on the Critical Raw Materials Act since January 2021.

• The agenda of the 9th Annual High-Level Conference of the European
Innovation Partnership (EIP) on raw materials, including EU-Ukraine
strategic partnership on raw materials and batteries.
The identified document was originated by a third party. In accordance
with Article 4(4) of the Regulation, the Agency consulted the third party
from whom the concerned document originates in view to assess if this can
be disclosed. The third party consulted did not submit objections to the
disclosure of the identified document and, after assessment, the Agency is
pleased to grant access to the identified document, which you will find
attached.
No other document associated with your request was found within EDA’s
database. As specified in Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
the right of access as defined in that regulation applies only to existing
documents in the possession of the institution.
Means of redress
In accordance with Article 7(2) of Regulation 1049/2001, you are entitled
to make a confirmatory application requesting EDA to review its
position.
