acceso a determinada información sobre esta Representación Permanente, le
informo de que para este tipo de solicitudes no resulta de aplicación el
Reglamento 1049/2001 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 30 de mayo
de 2001, relativo al acceso del público a los documentos del Parlamento
Europeo, del Consejo y de la Comisión.

 

Su solicitud se enmarca en el ámbito de lo establecido en la [1]Ley
19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información
pública y buen gobierno y debe efectuarse a través de los canales en ella
establecidos.
