Meetings with industry representatives
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising the following meetings:

- Meeting between Hydrogen Europe (HE), smartEn Smart Energy Europe (smartEn), Eurelectric aisbl (Eurelectric), Carbon Capture & Storage Association (CCSA), EPIA SolarPower Europe (SPE), WindEurope on 26/02/2024 in Brussels referenced to as ‘Clean Transition Dialogue on EGD Infrastructures’.
- Meeting between Siemens Energy AG, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (VWS), ENGIE (ENGIE), ENEL SpA, EPIA SolarPower Europe (SPE), BUSINESSEUROPE on 22/02/2024 in Brussels referenced to as ‘Clean Transition Dialogue on Clean Technologies’.
- Meeting between Aleksandra Tomczak, Cabinet member of Frans Timmermans, and the European Round Table for Industry on 26/04/2023 in Brussels about the 'Future EU hydrogen market'.
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.

Dear Ms Barthe,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 12/07/2024 under case number 2024/3729.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 02/08/2024.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
