Meetings with stakeholders on the review of the car emissions regulation

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Mobility and Transport should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Mobility and Transport,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of all meetings in the last year regarding the ongoing
review of legislation to reduce CO2 emissions from passenger cars

- all correspondence and minutes of meetings between DG MOVE and
ACEA or members of ACEA in the last year regarding the ongoing review of legislation to reduce CO2 emissions from passenger cars

Please ensure that documents are made available as soon as they are
found rather than waiting to package them all together.

Yours faithfully,

Pascoe Sabido,
