Member State documents on implementation of the landing obligation in 2018 and 2017

In accordance with Article 2 of Regulation 1049/2001 and Article 3 of Regulation 1367/2001, ClientEarth would like to have access to the following documents relating to the Commission’s obligation to report annually on the implementation of the landing obligation under Regulation 2015/812:

1. The replies and supporting documents submitted by the Member States in response to the Commission’s questionnaire on the implementation of the landing obligation in 2018;

2. The replies and supporting documents submitted by Croatia, France, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania and the UK in response to the Commission’s questionnaire on the implementation of the landing obligation in 2017.
