Member States comment on France's "Law reinforcing compliance with the principles of the Republic"
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
As catalogued in the TRIS database, Poland has issued comments on notification number 2021/152/F (France's "Law reinforcing compliance with the principles of the Republic").
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents which contain the reactions of the Commission and the Member States to that notification.
I would like to obtain:
1. The comments from the Poland and any other member state - including the Commission if existent
2. any other analysis, commentary or opinions on the notification 2021/152/F from the Legal Service, DG CNECT, DG GROW, DG JUST, or other DGs, including draft reports, memos, or other documents
In case that documents should be classified or cannot be released because of special treatment exceptions, I am asking for the name, source (e.g. the institution, DG and unit) and any reference number of these documents. If information under the scope of regulation 1049/2001 is not held by DG GROW but by the Commission, the Commissioner or another DG or Commission unit, I would like this information to be included in this request.
Yours sincerely,
Charis Papaevangelou

Dear Sir,
We refer to your request for access to documents, registered under the

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 02/07/2021.

new time limit expires on 26/07/2021.
We apologize for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear [email address],
I have successfully received the Commission's comments on France's draft law, but haven't received Poland's comments. Would it be possible to send those as well, as per my initial request?
Thank you very much for your time and help.
Yours sincerely,
Charis Papaevangelou
