- All correspondence including attachments (including, but not limited to any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) and followups, between any Directorates General/the President/the President's Cabinet, and the companies/organizations or any intermediaries representing their interests.
- All correspondence including attachments (i.e. any emails, correspondence or telephone call notes) and followups, between any Directorate Generals, the President and/or the President's Cabinet about those meetings, issued both prior and after.
- All documents prepared for the meetings and exchanged in the course of the meetings between both parties.

Dear Mr Scott,

We refer to your email of 03/11/2020 in which you submit two requests for
access to documents, registered on 03/11/2020 under the reference numbers
GESTDEM 2020/6625 and GESTDEM 2020/6627.

We also refer to our holding reply of 19/11/2020, by which the time limit
for replying to your application was extended by 15 working days. This
extended time limit expires on 15/12/2020.

As indicated in our first email for the GESTDEM 2020/6625, due to the
extent of the scope of the request for this second access to document, the
time needed to collect, review and process the requested documents,
coupled with internal IT limitations, we have encountered delays.

Therefore, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to reply to
your request within the prescribed time limit.

We can assure you that we are doing our utmost to provide you with a final
reply as soon as possible.

We regret this additional delay and any inconvenience it may cause.
