Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

a) The minutes of the following meetings:
- COREPER meetings held on the 9.03.2016 and 11.03.2016
- Justice and Home Affairs Council meetings held on the 10.03.2016 and 11.03.2016
- General Affairs Council meeting held on the 15.03.2016
b) All documents generated or received by the Council to prepare the above mentioned meetings and the issues discussed, such as agenda set or expert papers.
c) All the documents generated after the above mentioned meetings which contain a summary of the meetings, conclusions, policy lines or activities agreed.

Thank you for your response. I am following up because I think there was a misunderstanding because you did not answer the points b and c of my request:
b) All documents generated or received by the Council to prepare the above mentioned meetings and the issues discussed, such as agenda set or expert papers.
c) All the documents generated after the above mentioned meetings which contain a summary of the meetings, conclusions, policy lines or activities agreed.

Could you please confirm to me the answer to the two points above?

Thank you for your feedback.

However as regards your remarks on  b) and c) of your request, I would
like to point out that the documents which we have transmitted to you
(which are summaries, conclusions, minutes...) contain for most of the
items discussed, indications to the reference documents.  These documents
can be found in the Council's public register. If no reference document is
indicated, this means that the item has been presented orally.

If one of these documents which is of interest for you would not be
publicly available, you can always request them with the form available in
the public register.
