With respect to Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 on public access to EU documents and to the 'Aarhus Regulation’, I hereby request access to the minutes of the following meetings:
Iberdrola 10 Nov 2020 - Laure Chapuis-Kombos Kitti Nyitrai Stefano Grassi - Green Deal, Iberdrola strategic plan on clean energy investments including in renewable energy and hydrogen, economic recovery
ENEL SpA 22 Apr 2020 - Commissioner Kadri Simson / Thor-Sten Vertmann Stefano Grassi - Introduction of Enel, decarbonization and digitalization, sustainable investment, recovery and upcoming EU energy initiatives.
Confindustria 01 Mar 2021 - Commissioner Kadri Simson / Stefano Grassi - Discussion with Confindustria Energy Board (Gruppo tecnico Energia) on the Energy Work Programme 2021, the “Fit for 55” package & EU Green Deal priorities in energy.

Dear Ms Balanya,
We refer to your e-mail of 12 April 2021 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on 12 April 2021 under the above mentioned
reference number. Your application is currently being handled.
However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your
application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires on
3^rd May 2021.
An extended time limit is needed for thorough analysis as to the
availability of the document requested.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 27 May 2021.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
