EBA-LEGAL Mailbox, European Banking Authority

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your communication. To increase transparency within the
European Single market, the European Banking Authority (EBA) publishes on
a regular basis a list of credit institutions to which authorisation has
been granted to operate within the European Union and European Economic
Area countries (EEA). The list published by the EBA is set up solely on
the basis of information provided by competent authorities, as foreseen in
the EBA Decision establishing the Credit Institution Register.

The web link to the EBA Credit Institution Register webpage is found here:
[1]http://www.eba.europa.eu/risk-analysis-a....
The web link, to the Register is found here:
[2]https://eportal.eba.europa.eu/cir/faces/...
and it contains some of the information you are requesting, namely:

Name of the bank - Institution Name
Address of bank - Address
Location - Town and Country

The following information which you have requested is not available in the
Register:

Phone number
List of bank holidays
Email address

Please note that each national supervisory authority publishes on a
regular basis a register of authorised credit institutions at national
level. Information on national registers may be more detailed and/or more
up-to-date. The EBA web link provided above, i.e.
[3]http://www.eba.europa.eu/risk-analysis-a...
also lists web links to the national registers of authorised credit
institutions.

We trust this is to your satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with
our reply, you may consider your right to a confirmatory application
pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1049/2001.

Regards,
