Netherlands and the derogation of the nitrate directive

Thomas Spekschoor made this access to documents request to Environment

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Environment should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Environment,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- All documents about the visit of four dutch ministers to commissioner Sinkevičius in june or july. This includes emails or other messages between dutch and EU-officials in preparation for the meeting, minutes of other meetings to prepare the visit of the four ministers, the minutes of the meeting with the ministers and all communication afterwards between EU- and dutch officials.

I've made this request before, but I missed your message afterwards in which you asked for my postal adress. You'll find that below.

Yours faithfully,
