Dear Frontex Public Access to Documents Team

Thank you for your message of just before the Christmas break.
The request, which you can at the link https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/nro_... was sent to [email address], which I believe is a correct address. Our delivery logs show that it was indeed sent and there has been no bounce.
Furthermore, you response (from the email [email address]) is addressed to the very request address of the message you say you did not receive; the only explanation I can find for this is that you did indeed receive it. I am not sure how this confusion might have arisen.

For your convenience, I repeat the request below. I would however ask that you respect the original timeframes.

I would be grateful if you could acknowledge receipt of this message.

Helen Darbishire, also on behalf of Estela Casajuana

Dear Frontex Transparency Office,
Thank you for your message of 16 January 2019 seeking clarification of our initial request for public access to documents held by Frontex on National Return Operations and Joint Return Operations supported by Frontex for the periods 2014-2018 and 2016-2018 respectively.
We can confirm that the data that we specifically looking for this information for each Return Operation the Agency supervised would include,at a minimum, for each operation:
- destination;
- date of departure;
- name of the airline company which provided the flight;
- organising State;
- participating States;
- total number of third country nationals returned;
- number of Frontex staff on board;
- number of escorts and observers on board;
- number of monitors on board;
- type of operation;
- total costs of the operation for Frontex;
- total costs of the operation for Member States.

Please note that by requesting "disaggregated data" we meant all and the highest level of detail of information that the Agency holds about Joint and National Return Operations.

We invite you to look at these two other requests which provide examples of the type of format that we understand that you hold:
https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/retu...
https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/over...

Should any parts of our request need further clarification, please do not hestitate to contact us.
