Dear Madam, Sir,

In your reply from November 29, 2017, you wrote: "We are in the process of finalizing our reply to your application, this will be sent to you in the coming days."

It is now a full two weeks later, and more than eight (8!) weeks since I filed my request, and DG Clima still has not responded to my request, registered under reference number GestDem 201Y7/5984.

Surely "the coming days" cannot be interpreted as "at least two weeks", can it?

Sincerely,
Peter Teffer
