Dear Permanent Representation of Belgium to the EU,

Under the Belgian access to information law (Loi du 11 Avril 1994 relative à la publicité de l'administration), I kindly request access to any document in your possession on the position of the Belgian government on the amendments proposed by the European Parliament on 10 March 2021 on the EU fisheries control Regulation.

I am specifically interested in the amendments to articles 93 and 113 to of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 - the EU Fisheries Control Regulation, which are discussed in trilogue negotiations between the European Parliament, Council and Commission.

I am requesting documents, including emails and meeting minutes, that include information on the position of the Belgian government on the above.

Yours faithfully,
