the call for tenders. This document contains the information you appear to
be interested in, namely a list of companies which submitted an offer for
each lot.
The document also contains the following annexes:
* A list of persons who attended the opening session
* Copies of the proofs of dispatch issued by the Commission Central Mail
Service, by the post office and/or private courier companies
These annexes include a substantial amount of personal data (which are
likely to have to be redacted) but they do not contain any meaningful
information which is likely to be useful for you, other than the
information already contained in the opening record itself. Therefore we
assume that your request for access does not cover these annexes (subject
to your right to file a new request at any time).
