Dear European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I am an Italian citizen living in the UK for the last year. I have applied for my temporary right to remain with my wife (she is a non-EEA citizen), but now our passports are being held at the UK Home Office, and we will need them to travel to Brazil, and I haven't received any communications about that, just an acknowledgment email.
I've applied for the temporary right to remain in July/16
I've requested our passports back on Oct 10th of 2016
Are they breaking by any means a Fundamental Right like the Freedom of Movement?
Are there any documents that can support this?
