Permanent Representation of Luxembourg to the EU did not have the information requested.

Dear Permanent Representation of Luxembourg to the EU,

I would like to request the following information: How many meetings have employees of the Luxembourg Permanent Representation to the EU had with representatives of companies, organisations and other stakeholders, during the last 12 months? I would like to request a list of these meetings: who was present at the meeting, including the names of organisations/ lobbyists presents, as well as the date of the meeting and the subject matter discussed.

As the Perm Rep did not reply via this website, I contacted them directly. They replied as follows:

Dear Ms Cann,
In its present state, Luxembourg law does not require civil servants to keep lists of their meetings. Any such list would furthermore require a civil servant to take account of legitimate expectations of his or her interlocutors, which would be in this case to be informed that he or she will appear on such a list and that this list is liable to become a public document. We are therefore not in a position to provide you with the requested information.
