Dear Madam, Sir

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The content of all member states' notifications of the provisions on penalties, as required by article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment, received by the European Commission since 21 March 2018 until today.

Sincerely,

Dear Madam, Sir,

I refer to my application for access to documents, which was registered on 10/07/2020 under reference number GESTDEM 2020/4217.

On August 31, 2020, I received the related documents that DG GROW could disclose, as well as a document registry. However, the document registry (titled Document registry v1.xls.pdf) was incomplete. It only listed documents 1-42. It would be much appreciated if you could re-send the complete document registry.

All the best,
Peter Teffer
