Dear PAD,
I would like the latest operational plan available. As to the identification document, can you provide an email address where I can send it privately? Why are you asking me this now, is there any practical reason? Other requesters are not required to provide their documents.
Yours sincerely,
Richard Prins
Dear Mr Prins,
Thank you for the clarification.
Please use [email address] in this case.
As mentioned, according to Article 2(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, the right of access to documents is granted to a citizen of the Union, and any natural or legal person residing or having its registered office in a Member State. In order to verify this and begin processing your request, we would need one of the documents requested earlier.
We began this policy in mid-September this year and have been consistent ever since. Since you submitted your request through AsktheEU.org, you may wish to take a look at other such examples there.
Thank you
Kind regards,
