Dear EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS,

I note your previous email from the 26th of February in which you informed me that you would be unable to meet the 28th of February deadline.

In that email you did not provide a new date for the reply. Two weeks have passed since. When can I expect to receive these documents?

Yours sincerely,

Margarida da Silva

Dear EEAS ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS,

Thank you for your reply to my request ref. 2020/004. In your letter to me, you mentioned that you were consulting EUTOP Berlin Gmbh to determine if disclosure of documents n8 and n9 was possible.

I was told I would be informed in due course but I have yet to receive any further correspondence. Could you please let me know the outcome of this consultation?

Yours sincerely,

Margarida da Silva
