Private limited company Poplar Harca failed to advertise rebuilding contract

We're waiting for Hugh Thompson to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Competition,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Advertising in the EU journal of a €14,000,000 rebuilding contract on Balfron Tower St Leonards Rd London

https://www.lease-advice.org/article/maj...

No Sec 20 requirements have been met in the UK. The contract not consulted with leaseholders. This is a criminal offence. Inform Tower Hamlets Council London

Please stop the works as they don't meet the fire safety of the building regulations.

Yours faithfully,

Hugh Thompson
