Progress report on PSV and Real Madrid Phase II investigations

Competition did not have the information requested.

Dear Competition (COMP),

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Please provide the latest progress reports on the Phase II investigations into PSV Eindhoven (press release 6 March 2013) and Real Madrid (18 December 2013). When is a DG Competition decision expected?

Yours faithfully,

Wim Piper

Dear Competition (COMP),

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Competition (COMP)'s handling of my FOI request 'Progress report on PSV and Real Madrid Phase II investigations'.

The request made is wrong. This comment was made last time and then DG Competition apologised for it. Can't believe they are making same mistake again.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/progr...

Yours faithfully,

Wim Piper

Dear Mr Piper,

As you maybe know, there is a Commission policy since April 1st 2014 to ask for a valid postal address before registering access to document requests under regulation 1049/2001. This new policy is referred to on the homepage of asktheeu.org.

This policy does not apply to ordinary access for information requests and since your previous request did not refer to specific documents, we considered that no postal address was required for handling it.

Your new request aims at obtaining documents and we have no choice but to wait for your valid postal address before replying formally.

Kind regards,

Alain Wettach for COMP ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS
