Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the information: on what progress has been made in implementing Article 5.1 (c) Public diplomacy and strategic communication of the EU Action Plan on Human Rights and Democracy 2020-2024 (12848/20) in identifying means to measure the effectiveness of public diplomacy and developing the most successful content and channels for interaction with the public.
