Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
A list of the public holidays and dates that will affect European Union institutions and agencies and other european-level bodies for the calendar year 2013.
Thank you for your letter dated 09/01/2013. We hereby acknowledge receipt
of your application for access to documents, which was registered on
10/01/2012 under reference number GESTDEM 2013/116.
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
will be handled within 15 working days. The time limit will expire on
31/01/2013. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be
informed in due course.

We refer to your mail dated 9^th January 2013 in which you make a request
(registered on 10/01/2013 under the above mentioned reference number) for
access to the document containing a list of the public holidays and dates
for the calendar year 2013. Please find enclosed a copy of the Commission
decision of 19.8.2011 on public holidays for 2013 for the institutions of
the European Union. The list of the relevant public holidays has also
