Dear Mr Jacobs,

Firstly, we would like to apologise for a delay in handling your request.
Nevertheless, the final reply has been just submitted for approval
procedure and the file should be soon ready to be sent out. However,
bearing in mind that it contains a lot of documents, its electronic
version that will be sent to you, should be prepared for distribution as a
zip file. Then, I would like to ask you, if you have a possibility to open
this kind of file or we should think about other mean/way to send it out
to you.

Thank you in advance for information

Your sincerely
